Meatballs in tomato sauce with corn and mashed potatoes

After Yom Kippur
The Dinner was burger with noodles and carrot salad
carrot salad
2 shredded carrots some raisins and a clove of garlic with some mayo

noodle are made with red onion leeks 1tbls of soya 1/4teaspoon of sesame oil and half an orange squeezed

Made this sausage ground beef combo
since sausage was spicy so added ground beef with zucchini and leeks
and fries

Well I Finally found time to update my blog
Here are waffle found this recipe a while ago will post a link when i find it :)

Recipe

200 grams butter
5 eggs
300 grams icing sugar
500 grams flour

Melt Butter on low let it cool add eggs mix in icing sugar and flour

Well we had Rosh Hashanah dinner
i didn’t take that many pictures

chicken soup with matzo ball

carrot cake

Rosh Hashanah is a Jewish New Year

Today i made Borsch soup
since i’m from Ukraine

topped with sour cream

followed by fries with parrot fish fillet in bamba and matzo meal batter

well couple of days ago i made meat loaf
from a recipe i found in allrecipes.com

Well today’s dinner was pizza pie
Ingredients:

Pizza dough
Pizza sauce
Tomatoes
Mushrooms
Olives
Lean Ground Beef 1lb
Cheese

dough with pizza sauce and tomatoes

dough with pizza sauce and tomatoes mushrooms has been added on top

and olives on top of mushrooms

on top of olives added lean ground beef

cheese on top of lean ground beef

fold the dough over
