I can never make good burekas
they never come out right :roll:
so the solution is to buy frozen ones
but they taste kinda weird :(
trying to find what to do with ground beef is kinda hard and we running out of ideas :lol:
so we made them into cigars in spring roll wrapper with corn inside
they tasted [...]

Perojki are pizza dough with stuffing of ground beef or potato
they are really good when made at home
i haven’t tasted good one from russian deli
they are usually more dough then meat :roll:

Made some sloppy joe’s out of ground beef
my recipe
1lb of ground beef
1 can of tomato paste
1can of water use tomato paste can
1 1/2 table spoon Neal Brothers Organic Salsa
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
Method:
fry ground beef
in a bowl add salsa ,tomato paste and brown sugar mix add to ground beef
add paprika black [...]

Omelette Sandwich
really great sandwich omelette with cream cheese olives and roasted pepper yum
this is a great breakfast goes great with a fair trade coffee
those buns are great they have no preservatives freeze well
they come from Corner Bakery here in Toronto
