Rigi’s Donuts

Recipe
4 tbsp brown sugar
1tbsp yeast
spring water
4 cups of flour
oil
Method :
combine 4tbsp of brown sugar with 1 tbsp of yeast with some water
let it sit for 10 min
add flour and more water and kneading until you form the dough
add oil
cover the dough, let dough rise,deflate dough refrigerate overnight
when ready to cook
take dough out the refrigerator
put some flour on your hands so dough doesn’t stick
cut into small pieces roll into circles
flatten the dough circles
place flattened dough circles on a plate let them rise a bit
deep fry
make a cut add jam
