		<description>hi rigi, how did you like the cake? i also made it and everyone really liked it -- only thing i didn&#039;t like is that i found it very difficult to unmold from the pan i used -- i actually think the recipe could do with another 1/4 cup of flour. i am going to mention this in the recipe in my blog.

btw, what is matzo hemp flour?? did you mean matzo meal mixed with hemp seed flour? never heard of this before....interesting.
